Organic Fleur de Sel is handcrafted from Pyrenean spring water.
Do you know our salt? We've chosen it not only because of its great taste, but also because it's produced using a natural, entirely artisanal process.
These are thin flakes of salt that float on salt water. This is the first crystallization that forms when evaporation is very slow, at the very beginning and very end of the day, in fairly light winds. To harvest it, the floating crystals are collected before the salt precipitates. Its unique texture is due to the special climate of the saltworks.
